VAULT showcases Vintage

We were proud to be invited to the launch of The Vault, a boutique of vintage Australian fashion housed in Melbourne’s historic Block Arcade.
It’s a pop up shop celebrating the great history of Melbourne as a world leading centre of fashion during the mid 20th century. This brilliant innovation by The National Trust showcases just how central Melbourne designers were to the global changes in society and the clothes women were to celebrate the changes.
My mum, Prue Acton, was one of the guest speakers on the night and we were proud to be there to witness this great celebration of how Melbourne designers helped set the agenda for global fashion during this period of enormous change.
The National Trust’s The Vault is open for sales of vintage clothing at Block Arcade, 282 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Tues to Sat 10am – 5pm, Sunday 10am – 4pm.
