About Tiffany Treloar

Tiffany Treloar was born into Australian fashion history and Tiffany continues to contribute to the Australian fashion landscape.

Tiffany TreloarAt the age of 10 Tiffany Treloar’s mother (Prue Acton) gave her a sewing machine. By the age of 18, Tiffany was working within her mother’s company, learning pattern making, production management, and fabric coordination and buying.

It was then within the corporate wardrobe division of her father Mike Treloar’s clothing business that Tiffany recognised the infinite potential for clothing design with the introduction of computer aided design.

Tiffany Treloar’s industry experience continued to grow as she worked freelance whilst also selling her own textile designs in the US and European markets.

Whilst selling her own textiles Tiffany Treloar identified a niche market for high quality, feminine and timeless garments featuring vibrant prints, inspiring her to start her own label in 1999.

Tiffany began digitally creating textiles for her first range of T shirts, a sustainable process that has become a signature within all of Tiffany Treloar’s collections.

Using nature for inspiration, Tiffany creates biannual ranges of unique garments and accessories.

Today, Tiffany Treloar is working towards a complete synergy between her environmental values and her work. This commitment to promoting better ways of living and working has resulted in a new sustainable collection called PROJECT 332 under the Tiffany Treloar umbrella.

2010 will also see the launch of Tiffany Treloar Home wares, applying digital printing techniques to textiles will now take on a new line of interior products.
